MADE TO ORDER

HELENAELISABETH’s garments are made to order in your size, normal delivery time is 4-6 weeks.
Payment is made in advance when the order is placed.

RETURN POLICY

Garments made in standard sizes can be returned within 14 days of receipt, the garment must be unused and in unaltered condition.
Garments that have been specially adapted in any way, such as changes in length, cannot be returned. You as buyer pay the return shipping, payment for the shipping (approx 125 SEK) is deducted when we refund the amount for the garment. When you wish to return a purchased garment, contact the company info@helenaelisabeth.se for further shipping instructions.

REFUND POLICY

For returns, the full amount minus the return shipping cost will be refunded once the garment has been returned and approved. Return shipping must be tracked to ensure that the garment does not get lost during shipping. Garments that have not been received cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

Shipping is done with DHL or Postnord. Free shipping within Sweden for orders over 2,000 SEK.
For shipping outside Sweden, a shipping cost will be added. Currently, contact info@helenaelisabeth.se for orders and shipping outside Sweden.

COMPLAINT

If the package is damaged in shipping, or any other error has occurred, immediately take pictures of the package, the garment in the packaging, and send them to info@helenaelisabeth.se.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SALE

In order to order from HELENAELISABETH, you must accept the terms of sale. By accepting the terms of sale, you consent to the purchase. We store your personal data in accordance with the GDPR requirements in order to provide you as a customer with good service. Personal data is stored for 3 years, we do not pass on information in the register to others.

All personal data is used within our computer systems and is handled in accordance with the GDPR. The information is used so that we can process your order and provide good service with shipping and payment systems.
